Watchlist for February 7th: One shot, one kill

While I wish my title were referring to stock promoters, unfortunately it refers only to my wish for a short on a pumped-up stock.

NXTH – ALFSS. This is very near collapse in my opinion. See Tim Sykes’ post on the pumping behind this stock rise.

nxth

MITI – Nice chart. I will ignore it and look at NXTH though.

Watchlist for February 5th

NXTH – Pumpity pump! There appear to be hard copy mailers going to people that include a sample of their ‘revolutionary’ sweetener. The stock has started to move up more quickly and I think a dump is approaching. ALFSS!

nxth

AFFX – Nice move on good earnings. This is a nice breakout and maybe it can gap fill to $8.50.

Watchlist for February 3rd

CNLG – Still on short watch today. Today was the first down day. There were no shares to short that I could find today.

cnlg

BSDM – Up big today on news of a journal article about their product. Potential long tomorrow on continued strength.

bsdm

BGEM – Pump & dump. Hopefully it is pumped up enough to make it worthwhile to short. Note that this is a re-pump.

Watch list for February 2nd

ISCO – Up on some fluffy PRs, from $0.90 to $1.89 in four days and up from $0.50 in a month. I’m short-biased.

isco

CNLG – Up on a new product PR and now on a PR announcing an order. I remain short-biased but with a low-float this could squeeze more.

cnlg

CRNT – Nice chart and up on earnings. Potential long.

Watchlist for February 1st: Almost nothing interesting

ISCO – This is my only stock on watch. It is up on some fluffy PRs, from $0.90 to $1.35 in four days and up from $0.50 in a month. I’m short-biased.

Nothing on watch

Nothing much interesting to me. JYHW and AENY are still on short watch as pump & dumps. Considering the poor overall market environment I am not in the mood to by breakouts.

Watchlist for January 28th

CNLG – Huge 80% move on fluffy press release, but this is only a $7m company. It could go either way.

cnlg

ROL – Nice chart. Could be a nice long on green or the $20.00 break.

rol

AENY – Pump & dump on perpetual short watch. This has been on the Reg SHO list for the last week though, so getting a borrow to short it is nearly impossible.

Watchlist for January 27th

DEAR – This should have been on last night’s watchlist as a potential long. Recently there have been several supernovae that were up on news of some sort, dropped for a couple days, and then spiked again. NLST did that in mid-November while SEED did that in early December. DEAR could continue to move tomorrow.

dear

AAC – This would be a potential short but for the weird reverse-merger liquidation news. No play either way.

aac

TSCM – The chart and news says short, but this company has been beaten down for so long, trading for less than NCAV, that I don’t want to short.

Watchlist for Tuesday

IRBS – Up from $0.18 to $0.53 in two days on no news? Definite potential long on green and then potential short. Lower volume stock.

irbs

PVTB – Gap-filling time? Tomorrow we will find out.

pvtb

KSP – Wow, this chart looks familiar. I wonder where I’ve seen it before.
